We want you to love Flossom Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

  • visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
  • email us at hello@flossom.app from the address tied to your order and we'll handle it for you.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your Flossom Pro subscription at any time from the Profile page in the app, or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
